Bluewater Mediation was founded by Lene Madson, who build a very successful family mediation centre. Late last year, Lene was appointed as a Judge, and Bluewater Mediation changed ownership. It is now owned by the law firm McKenzie Lake LLP, and the two mediators are Malcolm Bennett and Alf Mamo of McKenzie Lake.
I’m interested to see how this transition to corporate ownership goes, since Lene was so essential to the brand.
